At CarToCamp, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your gear doesn't fit your journey, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
